The Board issued an RFP on April 6, 2010 and received two proposals back by the July 26 deadline. The two proposals received were from Gold Rush Gardens, Inc. and Alltech Environmental. Alltech Environmental has since chosen to withdraw their proposal. The CAO’s summary staff report on this matter along with the complete Gold Rush Gardens, Inc. proposal is now available. 08/11/2010
