New State regulations require jurisdictions to make substantial changes to their Housing Elements. The draft Housing element update incorporates these required changes. The draft housing element contains:
policies and implementation strategies to be undertaken over the next five years
a review of the 2014-2019 Housing Element update including actions taken over the past five years
updated data on housing, development, population, employment and other community characteristics, and
new maps showing vacant residential parcels that can be utilized for residential development
