PUBLICATION - Notice Impending Default - Power to Sell 

March 23, 2018
TAXPAYERS - The second installment of County taxes becomes DELINQUENT Tuesday, April 10. The Tax Collector's Office is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mailed remittance must be postmarked by 12:00 midnight on April 10 to avoid penalty. The Tax Collector cannot extend the time of payment.

The first installment of County taxes becomes DELINQUENT Monday, December 11. The Tax Collector's Office is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mailed remittance must be postmarked by 12:00 midnight on December 11, to avoid penalty. The Tax Collector cannot extend the time of payment.
 
October 27, 2017
The Secured Property tax bills were mailed out the last week of September. If you did not receive your bill please print a duplicate from the link above, or contact our office to obtain a copy and ensure your mailing address is correct. 

The first installment of property taxes is due November 1, and delinquent if not paid by December 11. The second installment is due February 1, and delinquent if not paid by April 10.

The State of California began accepting applications for the 2017-18 Property Tax Postponement Program on October 1, 2017.
