Columbia Airport Fly-In Campground
The Columbia Airport Fly-In Campground is OPEN for camping. Please note this is a fly-in-only campground. The campground is available on a first-come-first-served basis. No reservations for campsites are currently taken; however, pilots can check with the Administration office, 209-533-5685, in advance to find out if there is a fly-in group using the campground on any particular weekend.
The camping fee of $10 per aircraft/campsite should be paid using the payment envelopes provided at the campground kiosk or at the Administration office, 209-533-5685, M-F 8:00-4:30 pm.

Fly-In Camping
Columbia Airport offers a beautiful campground, a popular destination for aircraft organizations to hold annual fly-ins for their members and guests. Click here for a schedule of upcoming events. You can pitch your tent in one of 20 campsites with picnic tables and barbecues, or you can camp right under the wing of your airplane. The Columbia Airport campsite is one of the best deals for camping anywhere with a modest fee of only $10 per night per aircraft, which includes your overnight tie-down fee. The campground features flush toilets, hot showers, fire rings, horseshoe pits, and a volleyball court.
The campground pavilion features a full kitchen and dining hall and is available for your next group fly-in or special event for only $75/day. Please contact the Columbia Airport Office for availability, details, and reservations. (209) 533-5685
Attractions
While visiting Columbia Airport, you can walk into the historic town of Columbia and experience life as it was during the Gold Rush days at Columbia State Park. Dondero trail starts behind the airport terminal building and ends at Parrotts Ferry Road, which can be followed into Columbia. The total distance is less than a mile.
