Fly-In Campground Columbia Airport offers a wonderful campground which is a popular destination for aircraft organizations to hold annual fly-ins for their members and guests. Click here for a schedule of upcoming events. You can pitch your tent in one of 20 campsites that include picnic tables and barbecues, or you can camp right under the wing of your airplane. The Columbia Airport campsite is one of the best deals for camping anywhere with a modest fee of only $10 per night per aircraft which includes your overnight tie-down fee. The campground features flush toilets and hot showers in addition to fire rings, horse shoe pits and a volleyball court.

While visiting Columbia Airport, you can walk into the historic town of Columbia and experience life as it was during the Gold Rush days at Columbia State Park. There is a trail that starts behind the airport terminal building and ends at Parrotts Ferry Road which can be followed into Columbia. The total distance is less than a mile.
