On Saturday August 24, 2024 from 9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. the Tuolumne County Public Works Department, Solid Waste Division will be holding a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event in Groveland. This event will give Tuolumne County residents an opportunity to dispose of the hazardous materials hanging around the house and garage. No appointment is required. The event will be held in the Big Oak Flat Area; Take Highway 120 to Big Oak Flat, then take Catholic Cemetery Road and follow the signs.
