Mitigated Negative Declaration: The County, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and CEQA Guidelines, has prepared a Draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the Rawhide Road Bridge Crossing Woods Creek Replacement Project. Based on the Initial Study, staff determined that the Project would not have a significant impact on the environment with proper implementation of the proposed mitigation measures. All potential environmental effects that may result from the Project can be mitigated to less than significant levels.
Public Comment Period: December 5, 2018 to January 8, 2018
