Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors has entered into an agreement for the “Old Wards Ferry Road crossing Curtis Creek Bridge Replacement Project” and “Algerine Road crossing Algerine Creek Bridge Rehabilitation Project” with MGE Engineering, Inc. for engineering and design services.
Update 7/26/2019: The scheduled field work has been delayed until Monday July 29, 2019 due to equipment failure. Closures will continue through Wednesday July 31, 2019. The work is scheduled from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM daily.
Important points regarding this project are as follows:
- Old Wards Ferry Road will be closed to through traffic between Tinnin Road and Jacobs Road. Work is scheduled to be completed at this location on July 29, 2019.
- Algerine Road will be closed to through traffic between Stent Cutoff Road and Twist Road. Work is scheduled at this location from July 29, 2019 through July 31, 2019.
- A detour will be provided until work is completed.
Please be aware of all construction signs or traffic control personnel in the construction zone.
