Kenning Properties, Inc. has submitted an application for a 120 lot subdivision located south of the Willow Springs Subdivision with proposed access from Soulsbyville Road, Sherry Court, Gordon Drive, and Charlotte Court. The project is proposed to utilize both public water and public sewer provided by the Tuolumne Utilities District.
