Is taking down trees part of the Defensible Space Program?: Our Inspector will be inspecting the entire property. If there is a tree that we are recommending be taken down, we will then contact the home owner and that will be owners decision on how to proceed.

1. What if my home is currently being rented?: If you are currently renting out your home you will still qualify for the program. Please make tenant aware of the Defensible Space Program and if possible, please give our office the tenants information so we can contact them if need be at (209) 533-6395.

2. What if i have a protective animal on my property?: If there is a protective animal on the property please contact our office at (209) 533-6394 so that we are aware.

3. Will I be notified when the work is being done on my property?: We have an inspector that will be on the property first and will be inspecting the property. With this visit there will not be a notification. Once the inspection is complete and we have determined there is work to be done, we will then contact all home owners and make them aware of the scheduled work date.
