The County of Tuolumne, through its Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health Department (BH) is requesting proposals from community-based organizations qualified to provide prevention and mentoring services as part of the department’s Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Primary Prevention program. The County intends to award one (1) contract to a successful applicant to this RFP.

Qualifications:
A. Minimum Qualifications:
• Proposals must be submitted by community-based organizations located in or near Tuolumne County
• Knowledge of Tuolumne County demographics
• Experience with substance abuse and/or prevention programs in the public sector
• Experience working with federal and/or state-funded programs

B. Other Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working with those who have mental health conditions and/or suffering from addictions.
