Biography
Ms. Sullivan joined the Tuolumne County's Office of the County Counsel as Deputy County Counsel in 2020. Her primary focus in her representation of the county is advocating for Child Welfare Services in juvenile dependency cases. Her other assignments include Air Pollution, Animal Control, Department of Social Services, First 5 Tuolumne County, Health Department, Information Technology, Probation and Special Districts (TPRD/Cemetery districts).
Ms. Sullivan attended the University of Kansas, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Languages in 1998. She earned her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Kansas, School of Law in 2001. Ms. Sullivan practiced law in Kansas and Missouri primarily in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Insurance Defense.
Ms. Sullivan and her family moved to Sonora in 2012.
