About the Department
The Tuolumne County Human Resources-Risk Management (HR-RM) department operates under the purview of the County Administrator and provides services to County departments, special districts, and potential employees (candidates for employment). 
There are seven functional areas of the HR-RM purview, each with subprograms and associated responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection, Classification & Compensation, Labor Relations, Benefits Administration, Risk and Liability, Employee Relations, and Health & Wellness.  Components of all functional areas overlap and relate to the employee experience.
