MMobilehome Rent Control

The County of Tuolumne has a rent control ordinance which regulates rent increases in mobilehome parks within the County. This ordinance is codified in Chapter 5.28 of the County Ordinance Code. Information about the ordinance can be found in our Mobilehome Rent Control Ordinance Frequently Asked Questions handout.

The County requires park owners/managers and all tenants and prospective tenants to sign a Tuolumne County Mobilehome Park Rent Control Ordinance Tenant Acknowledgement Form prior to entering into a new lease.
