We at the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office consider any loss of life a tragedy. Please be mindful of the people involved, their family members and the total circumstances surrounding these events.

Senate Bill 1421 Personnel Records

The Tuolumne County Sheriff's Office is committed to transparency and providing the public access to Deputy records under SB 1421. Senate Bill 1421, established and signed into law establishes the "Right to Know Act" giving the public access to Law Enforcement records related to use-of-force incidents, sexual assault and acts of dishonesty involving officers. The Internal Investigation files reportable to California Peace Officer Standards and Training, and releasable as public documents can be found below-
