➡️What You Can Do:
Continue to practice everyday prevention actions to stay healthy. These are great tips for preventing many illnesses:
✔️ Get vaccinated and stay up-to-date on vaccination. ✔️Practice physical distancing. Put 6 feet between yourself and others who are not part of your household. ✔️Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently with soap and water for 20 seconds, or with hand sanitizer if soap is not available.
✔️Wear a face mask indoors in public. Updated face covering guidance can be found HERE. Make sure the mask fully covers your mouth and nose. Don't wear the mask below your nose or chin.
✔️Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
✔️🤒 If you are ill, stay home. If other family members are ill, including children, keep them home. Contact your healthcare provider or facility before showing up for treatment.
✔️Avoid contact with people who are sick.
✔️Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects often with soap and water or household cleaners. Don’t forget your cell phone.
