This afternoon CHERL LYNN LUCERO was arraigned on murder charges in connection with the death of Ricky W Roberts which occurred on February 16, 2014. LUCERO is formally charged with murder and an enhancement for personally discharging a firearm in the commission of the crime. LUCERO will remain in custody in lieu of one million dollars bail until the next hearing set for July, 9, 2014 at 1:30 in Department Four of the Superior Court in and for the County of Tuolumne.
