The Tuolumne County Clerk of the Board's office serves as the official record-keeper of actions taken by the County Board of Supervisors. Our mission is to provide effective and transparent local governance, ensuring the public has access to records and can participate in the legislative process. In an effort to increase transparency and enhance our services to the public, we have made Minutes, Resolutions, and Ordinances available here for public viewing and research. The records are broken down into three groups:
Prior to 1948, which are held and maintained by the Carlo De Ferrari Archives
1948 to 2013, which have been scanned and made text searchable by Digital Reel
2014 to the end of the Previous Calendar Year, are hosted on the County Website in a table below
Links for all three groupings are listed below for ease of navigation by the Public.
The Clerk of the Board Ordinance files are for historical information only. Please use this link to the current Tuolumne County Ordinance Code as it is the official reference for all current ordinance code inquiries and is maintained by the County Counsel's Office.
